Ha ha smart ass. :) I get comments sent to my email; that's how I got it. I don't think there is hardly any activity on any of the Lou Reed or Velvets Yahoo groups in years. But I know if someone did it to me, I would appreciate a shout.

This is ironic considering that Joe got into or started flame wars on different discussion lists. He would then come in under different names and defend himself. One person
who flamed Joe heavily, complimented one of Joe's comments under a different moniker. I pointed this out to the count's nemesis and so it went day in day out :D
It would be a bit of Norman Bates twistology if Mr Viglione is doing this to himself....

ps
Oh there was the time Joe Viglione flamed the monderator of some VU discussion group when said moderator said he was a friend of Lou Reed.
Joe essentially called the mod a fraud.
I met this moderator(Dennis McCann) after a Lou Reed show in Berkley CA 2000, and sure enough when Lou saw this guy, he did indeed greet him like a great friend.

I remember Mr McCann on one of the Yahoo groups. He had a similar problem with a stalker, and lawsuits and he then left the groups, never to be heard from again. He was a nice guy and had some very informative posts.

One of my comments didn't post with Velvetfan's quote. I have been friends with Dennis on facebook for a couple of years. He married
a Turkish woman, lives in Istanbul and is active in the arts.

Glad to hear Dennis escaped the mad web hacker/stalker alive and intact! The story about Viglione reminded me of her methods... I was a member of the original yahoo group too, before it all collapsed because of her.

It sure did; but you couldn't ask for a better group than this one.
