Yeah, it actually advertises two different sets of shows. I wish the VU side had been made into a poster, as it's a great image by Gary Grimshaw. Fortunately, the handbill is fairly inexpensive.
Both sides are shown here:

Re: Rare, Rarest and Most Expensive VU items
Well it seems someone has hacked The Counts Yahoo account and the "Shiny, Shiny, Shiny Boots" group has had a number of posts allegedly from Joe admitting to being a child molester! http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/th ... essage/733 I don't know how to contact him but if anyone here knows how to contact him, he may appreciate a heads up. These posts have been going for about 3 days now and it seems no action to stop it has happened yet. anyway...bobbldr wrote:Ah yes, Joe 'the Count" Viglione, a true Boston cult legend... I bought this back in the early 80's in a Boston record shop. Cool 12 incher that did not receive wide distribution outside of the Boston area. By the way, Willie "Loco" Alexander who was in the "later" VU, is a TRUE Boston legend, he gained mucho recognition as Willie Alexander and the Boom Boom band, had a string of major label lp's in the 80's and is still rocking it in Gloucester, Massachusetts. His website is here- http://www.williealexander.com/

Just let it go, velvetfan. It appears you and that Joe Viglione molester dude are the only ones in the universe to look at Yahoo Groups in the last 10 years!
