Also - the "ampex tape" I think I have that. It's an odd one. On the face of it, alt mixes of the 3Rd lp, but IIRC actually just the same mixes but only the l or r stereo mix folded into 1 mono channel. Really good quality, so probably sourced from the "official" R-R issue (which was on an Ampex tape....)

I suspect this would be audio from one of the Jonas Mekas films that use his Delmonico's footage - the footage itself is silent, but he recorded the band at the Dom later, so maybe this is part of the Chic Mystique jam?

If I still had my old trade list, I could probably answer this. I very likely got that in a trade with Dave way back. My old list had notes that explained what these anomalies were. Alas long since lost in a hard drive crash.

Ditto. I used to have a detailed lost but long lost. Haven't seen/heard from Dave in a while.

I can't think of any 1 hour recording that could fit that description. Do you think it was something mis-labeled? I guess you would remember it, if it was anything special.

Dave really helped me out when I was a newbie. As he himself said, all the stuff on his list are things we know about. I assume that these are the mistaken dates and descriptions that used to be attached to the tapes before the fantastic work on Olivier’s site revealed much of the truth. I can’t remember what that 60 min disc is, but it isn’t Delmonicos.
