I did order my copy Oct. 15th and the book was shipped Oct. 21st and they charged me $ 31,50 as listed. (When preordering books In the past I always paid Amazon's listing price of the day of shipping.)

Demo recordings perhaps? Or maybe not, considering they were released on a "limited edition box set" (ie. Peel Slowly and See, not that Real Good time Together was on that, but anyway)
So can anyone confirm what's actually on the 7"? Obviously it's versions of Afterhours and Real Good Time Together, but are they any different to what we've heard before?
