Phil - Where did the "Modern Printer" moniker come from? Was it his idea, or yours?

Quoting from my Preface essay above:
As revelatory as the photos were, the provider of them was correspondingly secretive about his (if indeed it was a he) identity, and stipulated that any pub­li­cation of the pictures be credited to the Modern Printer.
