I apologise for reanimating this old thread, but I was wondering why this box seems to be so expensive these days. I wanted to get a copy for a buddy, but it's double or triple (or even more) the cost of what I paid for it back around release. Is it out of print? Or just a victim of price gouging?

the seller says "Now out-of-print and unable to be reissued due to licencing dispute over the material, and VERY rare [over £300 on AmaznUK at time of listing]".

I don't recall hearing about any such dispute though.

I doubt the ebay seller has any special insight into the situation. In other words, it's probably just hype.

Wow...they are averaging around $50-60 on eBay USA.
