Just thought I would jump on here and point out that there’s a lot of confusion about the film that has now been issued as Venus In Furs.
Judging by the description that Piero himself has given the film, the released Venus In Furs appears to consist largely of the b&w Heliczer film Dirt, with color inserts from Venus In Furs inserted. Dirt can be seen here, and as you can see, it is exactly the same footage seen in the released Venus In Furs:

If anyone has any other thoughts about this, I personally would love to hear them. It could well be that Venus In Furs combines the footage shot with VU and the footage short for Dirt. Only Heliczer would know for sure, most likely.
