Lou himself wasn't averse to reusing song titles. Phil M listed a few in his blog/podcast a few years ago, including "Wrap your troubles in dreams".

Unless, of course, he rediscovered all the titles independently (but it's quite legal to reuse a title and/or a short phrase).

I wasn't implying that he re-used the Brecht/Eisler song-title. Just that it was a coincidence that after combining the Cale and Reed title, you got an old Brecht/Eisler song.
