The forum is run on a shoestring (by ferges).

Try this - and remember to turn off automatic deletion (otherwise image will only last a couple of weeks). Then paste the image url into the image tag

Of course if the image already exists on the web, you can just get the image url from there.

I do not know what I did wrong? [/img] I copied link then tried the add HTML link. I keep getting the img in parenthesis but no photo!

For anyone looking to post images - i've found imgur.com - excellent option, stable, simple and best of all free. Once you have an account you can upload an image. When its sitting in your gallery, click on the image and you'll see this panel alongside your image...



Click on the BBcode Copy button for message boards and forums to copy code.
Paste into the forum post. I usually have to untick 'Disable BBcode' option that's below (in the forum Options). Preview to see whether it's working..Easy!
