Definitely a counterculture event, complete with upside-down flag, peace signs, and the anti-war sign on the little boy: "WAR IS NOT HEALTHY FOR CHILDREN AND OTHER LIVING THINGS NO MORE WAR." Hard to believe this was Texas! Then again, I'm just a northerner who's never been there.
