Willie Alexander interview

Post by arjan »

Last May, I asked Willie Alexander (V.U. keyboard player 1971-1972) some questions about his time with the Velvets, which he kindly answered. I put the resulting 'interview' up on my website, http://home.hetnet.nl/~macplurkis/vu/vu.html (articles section).

Nice 2 hear he was a T-Rex fan and that he hated the idea of being 'Lou', so 2 speak. I wished he'd been asked about Sesnick. I want some dirt on that motherf**ker to come out & validate Doug as a true Velvet!

Oh but I did. Willie chose not to answer (perhaps he just missed the question or forgot it in his stream-of-consciousness answer) and I chose not to press the matter.

The next interview target should be either one of the Tots or Rachel! Even the greatness of GOOGLE cannot find any information on them!
