I recommend keeping the third album on CD. The box set version sounds like the version I have on record, but I think they remixed the CD version, it sounds very different to me anyway.

The Sister Ray on the first Quine tapes cd is really something, if you havent tracked down the missing first cd from your set I could send it to you. Its also interesting hearing the mono mix of it on the record, Im not sure how many of these were pressed though.

Im not a VU collector, I have a few bootlegs but Ive never been that interested in tracking down the original records. My one and only bargain was a mono record of WL/WH at a used record store here in Toronto in unplayed condition for $12.50. It has a white label, which I havent seen on other verve ...
