If this line is from Sister Ray then it could be some ugly dude getting a blowjob.

I am sure it pertains to all the spilt dope on the floor, along with empty syringes, cotton swabs,
roaches, glue clotted paper bags...

I'll tell you what that means when you tell me what "W-L-O-Vee-Key" means.

I just looked in Lou's collected lyrics and they have it as "W-L-O-V-E", which it is definitely NOT.

I always heard it as "W-L-V-E", which in some weird way I interpreted as a combination of radio call letters and love. Broadcast of love?????

But I just listened to Cool It Down again and I hear "W-L-Vee-Kee or W-L-Vicki". Don't think I hear any O. So back to square one. Any other guesses?
