Velvet Underground watch on eBay....but...?

There is a seller who has a VU watch for sale on eBay but I don't know who's photo is on the watch? There is Warhol's banana, but the 4 band members don't look familiar to me. Any guesses?

Oops. Looks like the guy selling it also has lost his glassese - it's The Modern Lovers!!!
