It's different from the 'Symphony of Sound' LP on Oliver's site, and those tracks are eye-catching!

I'm guessing those track names are just products of the bootleggers' imaginations.....or are they

Groovymusic, PLEASE use google before posting all your questions!

It looks like those "song titles" are all quotations from Lou Reed's article in Aspen No. 3, posted online here: http://www.ubu.com/aspen/aspen3/bandstand.html. Lou quotes several 50's doowop and rock/R&B tunes like Wipeout and Oh Donna.

As for the LP, I have seen it on ePay before. Sometimes going for $20 and other times (as you indicate) for more. Since the seller has never been able to answer the simplest of questions whenever I had seen it, I just pass it by.

If it's not on Oliver's site, it's justification enough for me to make a post here.

Thanks for the info on the track names, though.

So is this just the Symphony of Sound jam being labeled as 8 different tracks, using Lou's eye-catching quotes as the titles for them?

It may be the most complete version of SoS available.

One of these days I'll give it another listen. My turntable needs a new cartridge, so I am not gonna play it right now.
