Nice site, but none of the magnet links were able to get started, for me. They found 0 seeders. I only tried a couple of the Velvets selections they have there, so others may be working at present, but not the ones I would like to hear (to compare them to the rips I made).

There were problems with the seedbox. I don't know if it is already fixed, but it should be fixed soon. Try again later on I am sure they are working on it.

I just checked the VU 1969 magnet and it is downloading fine. I guess the other ones will now work too.

Thank-you. I just needed to update my torrent client to deal with magnets. It's working. Good to see 'Vinyl Done Right' still around. High quality needle drops, if you'll forgive the pun.

The guy behind Vinyl Done RIght uses a VPI turntable and a high res soundcard but I'm not sure who you are asking about usb decks?

EDIT. I see what you mean. The files are m4a format, nit the usual FLAC. But all the same they are huge which must surely mean that they are Apple lossless encoded.

"Magnets" are links for trackerless torrents. You have to set up your torrent client to work with them (enable peer exchange PEX and distributed hash DHT in your clients settings).
The guy behind it is a well known vinyl ripper who decided to have a public site again. The files are 24/48 Apple lossless. If you want you can convert to FLAC without any loss in quality.
The problems with the seedbox have been fixed. You may have to download the magnet link again.

EDIT. Warning ? the updated BitTorrent application I suggested which supports magnets will install Spigot extensions into your browsers and set yahoo as the default search engine. Can't recommend that unless you're happy to go and delete the stuff, change your search preferences back to what they were.
