I can give also some little comments on a couple of tracks:

Can´t Stand it
Everything recorded is perfectly audible and fresh. A big improvement compared to the 1980´s mix... Lou goes "one, two..." and they start ... no wait for three, four!!

One of These Days
As the above improvement is great plus what about an additional 20 seconds in the song? The chaotic ending has been restored to its full 4:13
At 2:36 durinmg the "uuuh" chords there is also a new one added on the right channel that I could not ear it on the 85´s mix
Alfredo, great, thanks for the update and hints!

Leads to loads more questions, though... But I'll bite my tongue as I don't want to seem ungrateful, I'm thankful for this info already! :)

Lou's lead guitars on "Can't Stand It", are they panned left, right and center as on VU or have they been mixed mono, as on "What Goes On"?

As for the 1-2 count-in, Sterling's twang lead-in is in anacrusis (before the first proper bar starts), so that could explain it (as it's "over" the 3-4 beats)? (Same reason why Maureen only counts to 3 in "After Hours", since "If you" is on the 4th beat.)

Can't wait to hear the stuff!

Sorry, I do not have the info... I do not see any unrelesed track at Olivier´s , so if I have to guess I would say no.
But this is just my opinion, nothing official :)

If that's an invitation to ask away, I'm not going to pass up on it :D Would you happen to know if "She's My Best Friend" is also the "long" version from the 22 Demos tape?

Sounds good! So if I understand correctly it's going to be Valentin mix, Closet mix, Matrix live and the unreleased 4th album, right?

Caridad, as I said, I do not have reply for all the questions...sorry.
But with the experience of the previous Deluxe sets and what we know now form the new one, I would say that Unviversal will bring us the songs in their full form, at least this is what I hope. I want a very single bit available!
Nov 25 is not that far away, so let´s be patient. :)

Alfredo, I don't think Olivier's site listed/lists the Cale version of Beginning to See The Light. Just a thought.

Sorry - couldn't see it. I can now - it's in red . Still, most of the stuff listed on Olivier's site in the Home/Studio section is material that has been released in boot form or since officially. I presume there might be stuff that has not been accessible to the bootleggers in the UMG archive or in private tapes of the band. Like the second version of Here She Comes Now that was in the recording sessions log for WLWH.
