just a guess, logically it would involve someone mentioned on the thank you's on the innner sleeve notes for coney island baby do any of these names seem like they would be assaciated with clothes stores

Did that already and searched on each name w/o any connection to a clothing store. However, Andy Warhol was in the thank you's. Didn't think anything about it, but may as well take a guess that he got the clothes from Andy/The Factory.

Maybe Lou says the answer in an interview out there on bootleg. I'm gonna go get all my '75-'77 interviews out.
