Well, a new addition to the VU World. I do not know why I did not realise on this before!

My copy says "KRLA Edition" The America´s Largest ... is White fonts on black field, so differente than the KYA edition. There is no Volume or number information on the cover but on the first page "Volume 2, Number 11" Same date however.

Reading the small letter, this seems to be LA-Hollywood issue when KYA came from SF

Edit: Just to add a pic

I bet that it was a California music paper service that liscenced itself to radio stations of the day who were willing to pay. I remember in New Orleans back in the 60's, there were 2 rock stations (top 40) in New Orleans that gave out weekly magazines that were identical except for the station logo and a station specific page. I haven't thought about that in 40 years! If I am not mistaken, they were the same magazine but each also had a separate name. One was WTIX's GO magazine and WNOE's Now magazine. Rick

It'd be tempting to change the order but his copies are very expensive with the US/UK exchange rate and he doesn't claim to post outside of US/Canada. His copies are the same publisher so I guess it will arrive in the Uk soon. My order has no date.

This is from a writer's web I came across:
My next book, White Light/White Heat: The Velvet Underground Day-By-Day (available in June on Jawbone Press), is by far the most comprehensive book on the Velvet Underground ever published. The 368-page volume details the group's recording sessions, record releases, concerts, press reviews, and other major events shaping their career with both thorough detail and critical insight. Drawing on about 100 interviews and exhaustive research through documents and recordings rarely or never accessed, it unearths stories that have seldom been told, and eyewitness accounts that have seldom seen print, from figures ranging from band members to managers, producers, record executives, journalists, concert promoters, and fans.
Sounds really great indeed ....
