This stuff was all circulating and bootlegged years before the tapes went on eBay though. Is there anything to suggest the copy here or the new bootleg aren't sourced from what was already out there rather than newly sourced from the original tapes?

I downloaded the MP3s from that site and the sound quality is at least as good as, if not better than, any of the versions I've heard before.

Supposedly these are listed in the LR Archive. I can't remember how to get into the archive db to double-check.

How is it that this batch comes with an indefinite date, indicating only "January 1970"?

Don't forget the May 1970 show is on the Loaded deluxe edition that came out a few years ago. Seem to remember the taper saying the quality of the transfer wasn't as good as the one done in the 90s for the never-released Bootleg Series. He put that 90s transfer on YouTube I think, although it doesn't seem to be there now.

It'd be interesting to know whether whoever has these tapes now can get more out of them than the previous attempts.
