When asked about lou John recently said he did not wish Lou a happy 69th so why should he have wished him a happy 70th!!!!
Is there an interview where Cale does not get asked about Lou Reed? He's very graceful about it. I wonder how Reed responds if he's asked the same kind of question of Cale?

No. I don't have any reason for saying that. I haven't spoken to Lou in yonks ? but he's a sentient being.
